Shipping & returns

 

Shipping

At Ultrabit we offer a diverse range of products. The estimated delivery time is stated on each product page so you know when to expect your products. If your order contains products with different delivery times we wait until your order is complete before shipping it. For efficient shipping we recommend placing separate orders if you want to receive each product according to the stated delivery time.

All products except the pods from ASICMINERBOX are shipped via parcel post with track and trace which you will receive by email. Pods from ASICMINERBOX are shipped per pallet and always delivered with a tailgate. If your order includes both products normally shipped by parcel post and pods from ASICMINERBOX we will eventually ship the entire order by pallet.

Please note: If you are from outside the European Schengen area you do not pay VAT when placing your order. However, you are responsible for local taxes, import duties and other charges upon receipt of your order in your country.

We package your order with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.

Returns

Because miners are closely tied to financial markets all miner sales are final and refunds cannot be issued.

In accordance with your rights for online purchases only unwanted accessories can be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, provided they are in 'as new' condition, with original packaging and have not been used or installed.

The cost of returning goods is at your expense and you are responsible for packaging and shipping them via a reliable courier. We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged during transit before reaching our facility. Once the returned goods are received a refund will be issued for the product only; shipping costs are at your own expense. We cannot refund/cancel purchases if the seal is broken or if the goods were specially ordered for you.

Refunds will be made in the original payment method (excluding cryptocurrency payments) refunded via Direct Bank Transfer.

Defective Goods

Items faulty on arrival:

If your items are faulty upon arrival you have 3 calendar days to inform us. Items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the defect is verified we will provide a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse reasonable return costs.

Warranty repair:

If any of your purchases develop a fault beyond the initial 14-day period and are still within their warranty period you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases manufacturers may offer direct support to end-users ensuring the best possible assistance for their products. While we facilitate warranty repairs for our customers additional charges may apply.

Used/Refurbished products:

For every used or refurbished product we offer we clearly state whether warranty is provided by us and for what period. We strive to provide transparency about warranty terms so you can shop with confidence. If you have any questions about the warranty on a specific product, feel free to contact us.

Damage during transport:

If you notice damage to your order caused during transit please report it to us within 3 days of receipt. If the damage is clearly visible upon delivery we advise refusing to accept the delivery. In such cases the package will automatically be returned to us. Once the returned package is received we will inspect the damage and take appropriate measures to resolve the issue. You can trust us to handle any damage during transport as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we ensure replacement or full refund.
