Delivery and Shipping:
- We ship from the Netherlands and China/Hong Kong.
- Estimated delivery time is specified separately for each product.
- Orders within Europe (Schengen) are always shipped from the Netherlands. Companies outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number can have VAT shifted.
- Orders outside Europe (Schengen) are shipped from both the Netherlands and China/Hong Kong depending on product availability in one of our warehouses. Orders outside Europe (Schengen) are always exempt from VAT. Please note that you are responsible for import costs and any other charges.
